REGALHORNE - Returns Policy

REGALHORNE offers a 14-day hassle-free returns policy on all items, except those that have been personalised for you. To return an item, you must inform us within 14 days of your intention via email or phone. The item must be in the same condition as received.

Once a return is requested, REGALHORNE will issue an RMA number and provide the returns address. You must include the RMA number with your return, otherwise we may be unable to process it.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and contents, and that it is adequately packaged. We recommend using tracked delivery with adequate insurance.

Returns are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. All returns will be processed within 3-5 working days, with payment refunded to the original method of payment.

This return policy applies only to items purchased online. No returns or refunds will be accepted for items purchased in-store.
