Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by REGALHORNE. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. General Terms

1.1 REGALHORNE offers services related to the buying and selling of pre-owned luxury watches, jewellery, watch part exchange, watch repair, watch sourcing, and selling watches on a consignment basis.

1.2 REGALHORNE operates solely as a reseller of pre-owned luxury items and does not claim to be an authorized dealer or agent of any brand.

1.3 All items listed on our website are pre-owned. Condition may vary. We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately, but do not guarantee completeness.

2. Buying and Selling

2.1 Selling to REGALHORNE

  • You must be the rightful owner and have authority to sell the item.
  • REGALHORNE may reject items that do not meet quality standards.
  • Final offers are based on evaluation and are valid for a limited time.
  • Payment will be made via the agreed method.

2.2 Buying from REGALHORNE

  • All products include REGALHORNE’s Authenticity Certificate and a 12-month guarantee (void if tampered by third parties).
  • Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Ownership remains with REGALHORNE until full payment is received.
  • Non-payment allows REGALHORNE to cancel the transaction and retain deposits.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee from delivery date, in addition to statutory rights.

3. Watch Part Exchange

REGALHORNE allows trading watches for other items in inventory. Value depends on condition, model, and market demand.

4. Watch Sourcing

REGALHORNE can source watches not in current inventory. Availability and time cannot be guaranteed.

5. Selling Watches on Consignment

REGALHORNE sets selling price in consultation with you and retains commission from final sale.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on REGALHORNE website is copyrighted and cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission. Personal printing/downloads are allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

REGALHORNE is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses. We are not responsible for viruses or third-party links. Consumer and business users have different liability limitations.

8. Our Products

Product images are illustrative; sizes, dimensions, and packaging may vary. Orders may be canceled if products are unavailable.

9. Consumer Rights

Consumers must be 18+ years old. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Business Customers

Business users confirm authority to bind the business. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

11. Contract Formation

Orders are confirmed via email Dispatch Confirmation. Contract forms upon dispatch confirmation. If product unavailable, refund will be issued.

12. Variation of Terms

Terms may be updated; orders are governed by the terms in effect at order time. We will provide notice of changes.

13. Cancellation & Returns

14. Delivery

  • Delivery estimated per Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Delivery completes when product reaches address.
  • Products are your responsibility post-delivery.
  • Ownership transfers after full payment.

15. International Delivery

  • We may deliver outside the UK at your cost and discretion.
  • Import duties and taxes are your responsibility.
  • Compliance with destination laws required.

16. Price of Products & Delivery Charges

  • Prices shown on website.
  • Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
  • VAT included where applicable.
  • Errors corrected with notification.

17. Payment

  • Debit/credit card or BACS payments accepted.
  • Cash over £8,000 requires ID and source verification.
  • Payment is in advance; cards not charged until dispatch.
  • Fraudulent payments may delay dispatch until verified.

18. Manufacturer Guarantees

  • Some products include manufacturer guarantees.
  • Consumer rights under law are unaffected.

19. REGALHORNE Warranty

  • 12-month warranty for watches, 1-month for jewellery from delivery.
  • Excludes fair wear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Non-transferable, applies only to original purchaser.

20. Deposit & Product Reservation

  • £100 non-refundable deposit reserves product for 3 working days.
  • Deposit may be applied as store credit.
  • Reserved products stay on premises until full payment.
  • Showroom visits by appointment only.

21. Other Important Terms

  • Rights may be transferred without affecting your rights.
  • Rights can only be transferred with our written consent.
  • Terms and contracts exist solely between you and REGALHORNE.
  • Invalid provisions do not affect others.
  • Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
  • Terms governed by English & Welsh law; exclusive jurisdiction applies.

22. Complaints

REGALHORNE ensures complaints are handled fairly and free of charge. If unresolved within 7 working days, contact us at:
